This position is eligible for a $5,000 (minus tax) sign on bonus that is paid out incrementally.
* Current employees of any Northern Light Health organization or those with service breaks less than one year are not eligible to receive the sign-on bonus*
Summary:
Performs clerical and reception duties for Women’s Health. Acts as front line contact/liaison for customers.
Responsibilities:
• Check in Women’s Health patients obtaining the proper consent and registration when required • Prepare written orders and match requisitions for daily schedules • Monitor priority reports for Imaging and distribute as necessary • Reconcile daily Imaging charges • Manage Sleep Lab paperwork • Answer telephone, using proper etiquette • Prepare no show and cancelation report for primary care offices • Order office supplies and forms as needed • Support SVH through positive interaction with all customers • Performs job utilizing all resources with minimal waste of supplies, materials, and time • Performs job within allotted time frame • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times • Properly utilizes and maintains all equipment for job • Assist with other Imaging locations as necessary • Adheres to all hospital and department policies • Adheres to SVH dress code –maintaining a professional appearance while on duty • Performs in a professional manner at all times • Utilizes higher education, seminars, professional publications, and hospital in services to remain current in profession • Demonstrates safe behavior in all aspects of job • Other duties as required

+ Licensure/Certification: As required by eligibility for position.
+ BLS required.
