***M-F 8am-5pm for training, and once trained will move to 4x10 SCHEDULE!!!***
MUST HAVE
4-5+ years of medical assisting experience.OBGYN and/or women's health experience highly preferred (open to family care, peds, and/or other experience with heavy triage).National MA cert highly preferred (NCCT, AAMA, RMA, AMT, CMA, NHA).Graduate from an accredited medical assisting program required (will also accept a bachelors or associates depending on the MA's years of experience).CPR Certification.EMR/EHR experience.Ability to float between NW Portland & SW Portland clinic locations.Description
Room patients to exam rooms and perform initial assessment of patient’s vital signs.
Update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with relevant information.
Assist provider with patient exams and other in-office procedures.
Updates and maintains providers’ daily office schedule
Respond to patient telephone calls and document conversations in patient’s chart/phone triage.
Heavy phone triage.
Schedule patient surgeries.
Facilitate patient care by assuring clinician's orders are entered and follow-up occurs.
Maintains a clean working environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
