What You’ll Do + Greet and room patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. + Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries and same-day requests. + Schedule appointments and manage the provider’s calendar. + Handle prior authorizations and insurance-related tasks. + Manage medication refills and respond to patient messages. + Support both clinical and administrative functions to keep the practice running efficiently. What You Bring + Medical Assistant (MA) diploma required; CMA or RMA certification a plus. + Experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred. + Familiarity with medications and insurance processes. + Strong communication, customer service, and clerical skills. + Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Epic experience preferred. + Professional appearance and a team-first attitude. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
