Job Description

Join a dynamic and growing fertility clinic in Manhattan as a Medical Assistant, where you will play a vital role in both clinical and administrative duties. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement as the company promotes from within.

Responsibilities

Check patients in and room them efficiently.Enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with proficiency.Coordinate seamlessly with onsite providers.Answer patient-related questions with clarity and empathy.

Essential Skills

Phlebotomy skills with at least 6 months of experience.Medical assisting expertise.Strong customer service abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced fertility clinic environment.Experience with electronic health records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No specific license required.Phlebotomy certification is a plus.A 'no task is too small' attitude.Flexibility with schedule, including potential weekend rotations.Professional and polished demeanor.

Work Environment

You will work in a busy fertility clinic located in Manhattan, starting between 6am-8am for an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with potential rotating weekends in the future. The team consists of 12 Medical Assistants and 4 providers, serving approximately 15 patients per provider daily. The clinic fosters a collaborative environment with Actalent benefits available while on contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
