Job Description

This position involves both clinical and administrative duties at a dynamic fertility clinic, offering a rewarding opportunity for professional growth. Please apply if you have 6 or more months of phlebotomy experience!

ResponsibilitiesCheck patients in efficiently and professionally.Room patients and prepare them for consultations.Enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with precision.Coordinate seamlessly with onsite providers.Respond to patient-related inquiries with excellent customer service.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months of experience working with phlebotomy skills.Medical assisting skills.Phlebotomy certification.Competency in electronic health records.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong customer service skills.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.A 'no task is too small' attitude.Flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend rotations.Professional demeanor and polished appearance.Work Environment

The role is situated in a bustling fertility clinic in Manhattan

The team consists of 12 Medical Assistants and 4 providers, handling approximately 15 patients per provider daily.

The clinic offers Actalent benefits while on contract and promotes from within, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Shift: Start time between 6am-8am with 8-hour shifts

Monday to Friday, and potential rotating weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
