We’re seeking a dedicated Registered (RMA) or Certified (CMA) Medical Assistant to support our providers and patients in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the care team at our Primary Care Clinic at 160 Heritage, helping patients feel supported and cared for at every step of their health journey.
Your Role in Action
Welcome and room patients, taking accurate vitals and documenting medical histories.
Support providers during exams and minor procedures.
Administer medications and vaccinations under provider direction.
Perform point-of-care testing and collect lab specimens.
Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked, sanitized, and patient-ready.
Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient education to ensure continuity of care.
What You Bring
Required: Must be credentialed as either a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through a nationally recognized accrediting body (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT).
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and patient care.
Prior clinical experience in a medical office setting preferred.
