Why You’ll Love This Role Community‑Centered Primary Care – Serve patients of all ages in a welcoming, rural primary care setting that delivers a broad range of medical services including well visits, immunizations, prenatal care, chronic disease management, behavioral health integration, telemedicine, and more. What You’ll Do + Prepare patients for clinic visits by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and ensuring comfort and privacy. + Support providers during exams, procedures, and care planning discussions. + Perform specimen collection, point ‑ of ‑ care testing, immunizations, and medication administration as directed. + Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. + Assist with care coordination, follow ‑ up scheduling, referrals, and patient education. + Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support seamless patient care. What You Bring to the Table + Certification Required: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). + Relevant Experience: Previous experience in primary care, family practice, rural health, or specialty care preferred. + Clinical Skills: Proficiency with vital signs, injections, specimen processing, point ‑ of ‑ care testing, and EMR documentation. + Compassion & Professionalism: Calm, empathetic patient support with a high standard of professionalism. + Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse care team.
