Job Title: Medical Assembler
Job Description

Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you will play an integral role in assembling various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. This position offers the opportunity to learn complex processes and be cross-trained at different stations, working with small components and parts in a clean room environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.Learn and master potentially complex assembly processes.Cross-train at different assembly stations.Utilize blades, cutters, and microscopes for precision assembly.Ensure accurate labeling and color identification for audits.Maintain organizational standards and cleanliness in the workspace.Essential SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent hand dexterity and ability to maneuver small components.Understanding of measurements using rulers and calipers.Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrefer 6 months or more of experience in medical assembly or manufacturing.Microscope and cleanroom assembly experience is a plus.Ability to work overtime as required.Reliable transportation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a full clean room environment where adherence to strict dress code is required, including hair nets, gowns, and booties. Employees must wash hands before entering the cleanroom and avoid nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
