Our Global Skin Care R&D Center is looking for a Medical Affairs Scientist to join our team to help develop the dermatologist/medical landscape within our Beauty & Wellbeing sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a role designed to join the team in creating the Medical Excellence and E&A (Expertise and Authorities) strategy for Global brands and execute them in full to allow the maximum reach of our brands into the dermatologist and relevant medical networks.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
You will be the R&D interface with the Marketing teams and other non-R&D functions. In this role, you will plan, direct, be responsible for establish the Dermatologist network across the globe and creating the Medical marketing content together with the R&D Design team, marketing team, creative agencies and executing them. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum integration with Regional/Business Unit R&D teams for all the Skin Care brands and the roll out of the medical marketing program for the region.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical excellence, Medical Marketing, Medical Science Liaison, medical event planner or Healthcare Sales RepBackground in Skin Care of skin biology a huge plus!Additional experience in healthcare professional engagement and/or Formulation Design/ Development and/or CTI/Claims (Consumer research, Claims and Communication Development)Working knowledge of technologies, Clinical methods, how to design claims and communication content.Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
