The coordinator enables the team to focus on strategic tasks by managing the operational load.
Project Coordination (75% of role): contracts, timelines, cross-departmental collaboration
Systems Use: Veeva Vault, SAP, CRM, and AI tools
External Collaboration: Support HCPs with contracts, advisory boards, and event logistics
Multitasking: Switch between products and therapeutic areas seamlessly
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy).
- Ability to understand medical/scientific terminology
- Prior experience in project coordination and medical/scientific environments. 2+ years
- Experience with ERP software/systems and AI tools. Must be able to demonstrate prompting abilities and usage history.
- Excellent communication skills in English oral and written
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in aesthetics (rare but ideal)
Any therapeutic area experience
Background in biochemistry or similar (even if not directly applied to human/animal health)
Work Environment
Location: Markham, Ontario
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)
Schedule: Flexible hours; 90% of time is self-managed unless preset meetings -- Goal is to align with team availability
Contracted hours: 30–35 hours/week (not 35–40)
Duration: 1-year contract
Extension Possibility: Based on business needs and performance
