Do you possess strong knowledge of Epic, one of the most widely used electronic medical records (EMR) platforms, along with a proven ability to maintain efficient administrative processes in a fast-paced medical setting?
Robert Half is seeking skilled professionals for a Medical Administrator role at a highly regarded healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic and will excel in coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage front-end administrative operations, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and data entry.
+ Utilize Epic software to support patient intake, record updates, billing, and reporting processes (Source: SG25 US Healthcare.docx—Engaging skilled contract talent).
+ Serve as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
+ Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards for managing patient information.
+ Manage staff schedules and assist with onboarding and training of administrative personnel as needed.
+ Handle billing inquiries, insurance claims, and follow-ups with a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes.
Requirements
+ Experience in Medical Administration:

+ Epic Software Proficiency:

+ Knowledge of Medical Terminology:

+ Strong Administrative and Organizational Skills:
