Lead Policy Implementation
Develop and manage implementation plans for new policiesCoordinate with technical teams to integrate updates into Medicaid systems (MMIS)Support provider communications and stakeholder outreachSupport Ongoing Program Operations
Address provider inquiries, legislative questions, and complex benefit issuesDraft official communications and policy guidance for DHS leadershipMonitor and manage contracts and benefit area coordinationAct as a Subject Matter Expert
