Our client, a **leading medical device manufacturing organization** , is seeking a **Medical Device Assembler** to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be part of the **Manufacturing Operations** department supporting **Production and Quality teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **the ability to follow standardized procedures** , and **a positive, team-focused attitude** , which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Operator I **Location:** Sylmar, CA 91342 **Pay Range:** $21.50/hour **Shift:** Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts) **What’s the Job?** + Assemble, repair, and test medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components within a manufacturing cell. + Follow written and verbal work instructions, SOPs, and standardized procedures to meet quality and regulatory requirements. + Maintain accurate documentation, travelers, and electronic data records to ensure full product traceability. + Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to support Lean Manufacturing goals. + Adhere to all safety, gowning, and cleanroom guidelines while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. + Experience handling small components and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks. + Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and quality systems (QMS/EMS preferred). + Ability to use computer systems and electronic data collection tools. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive hourly pay with steady weekday schedule. + Opportunity to work in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. + Hands-on experience with life-saving medical technologies. + Supportive team environment with training and close supervision. + Potential for skill development and long-term career growth.
