Overview Location: Warsaw, Poland We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and numerically confident professional to join our team as a Media Specialist. You don’t need prior experience in media investment or auditing—we’re open to candidates from account management, project coordination, media buying, or similar backgrounds who enjoy working with numbers, managing data, and collaborating across teams. The Role: As a Media Specialist, you’ll support global media campaigns by tracking data, coordinating with local teams, and helping ensure that media budgets are used effectively. This is a great role for someone who’s confident with Excel and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and timelines. Responsibilities Supporting media campaign tracking, budget updates, and reporting Coordinating with local market teams across different countries Managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups Preparing clear, accurate reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project flow Learning how media investment works and supporting global client needs Assisting with internal performance reviews and process improvements Qualifications Experience in account management, project co-ordination, media planning, or media buying Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Highly organised with good time-management skills A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders Additional information Benefits: At Publicis Groupe Poland, we believe in fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that prioritises both professional growth and well-being.
