Overview In this function, you work within the fun-loving and diverse Strategy & Data team of Publicis Groupe. You will be showcasing your (lack of) music taste in multiple Spotify-playlists with your colleagues and support them with your knowledge and skill in outcome-driven media planning and invention in the Age of Opportunity. Media Planning is one of the 4 focus teams within Strategy & Data and as a Media Planning Executive you get a first opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of media and advertising, with a clear path forward in this practice. Responsibilities You are responsible for the support of Media Planning Directors and Managers with regards to internal briefings, assets delivery, invoicing, saleshouse contacts and more. You are present in client calls & presentations to establish follow up actions in collaboration with Client Leads, Media Planning Directors and Managers You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to achieve deadlines and follow up on the launch of campaigns You are responsible for the competitive benchmarking and reporting of campaign performance in collaboration with Data Analysts and Touchpoint Experts You manage administrative tasks related to media planning on international clients and coordinate with our global hubs Qualifications It is your courage, thinking and how you connect with others that makes the real difference. You’re able to work successfully within a team, handling a high-volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure when needed. You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
