Media Operations Manager
Your role:
The Media Operations Manager is responsible for operationalizing the Growth Region media strategy, establishing the execution direction and monitoring for the Zonal media teams, enabling Zone/District budget planning, to optimize ROI and drive business growth. The role enables a team of media professionals, fostering a high-performing and innovative environment. The role drives execution of innovation in media management, serving as a media plan execution expert while cross pollinating the Zones.
Enable execution of Growth Region media strategy, advising on planning, and buying decisions to optimize ROI and drive business growth, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and marketing strategies.Implement frameworks for advertising budget management in districts, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.Generate and deliver regular reports on media campaign performance, utilizing advanced analytics to derive actionable insights and inform future strategic decisions for continuous improvement.Collaborate with business and Consumer Direct Marketing Leaders, to implement media strategy frameworks for campaigns, ensuring seamless adaptation and activation in various districts.Disseminate guidance and frameworks for best practice strategies and activation principles aligned with the media strategy, empowering business and market teams to enhance their media planning capabilities.Partner GR Media Lead to devise a continuous improvement plan, integrating relevant media capabilities within district/Zone teams to facilitate best practice media planning and strategy execution.Enable development of a test and learn framework in conjunction the GR Media Lead, enabling district/Zone teams to iteratively improve against reach and sales goals through ongoing experimentation and optimization efforts.You're the right fit if:
10+ years of media management experience from both brand and agency sides.Background in consumer goods industryBachelor’s Degree holderExcellent people, interpersonal & influencing skill

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
