Media Operations and Marketing Capability Manager (Temporary)
**Position Summary** We are looking for a temporary Media Operations Manager starting by the end of September for a 4 to 6 month period. The Media Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Community at Nestlé by ensuring operational excellence in media processes and best practices. This position focuses on the efficient execution of media strategies, adherence to established protocols, and continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of media operations. **A day in the life of a Media Operations Manager** + Champion Media Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative media solutions and emerging technologies to position Nestlé at the forefront of industry trends, increasing campaign effectiveness and brand visibility. + Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Media Manager and key stakeholders to design and execute forward-thinking media strategies that support broader marketing and business goals. + Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key connector between marketing, communication, and external media partners to ensure integrated, impactful campaigns across all channels. + Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Refine media processes to deliver best-in-class execution while identifying opportunities for strategic enhancement and cost efficiency. + Training, Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Empower colleagues by sharing expertise on media strategies, tools, and industry developments, cultivating a high-performing, future-ready team. + Ensure Governance & Compliance: Uphold Nestlé’s media standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all initiatives reflect our commitment to effective, responsible marketing and brand integrity. As Media Operations Manager you report to the Media Manager and you are part of the Marketing & Communication department of Nestlé Belgilux. **What will make you successful** + Master’s degree in management, communications, or related field. + At least 5 years of experience in media management and marketing, preferably within a large organization or media agency. + Fluent in English and French or Dutch. + Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms and strategies. + Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
