WHAT WE LOOK FOR? We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Media Manager to lead the development and execution of media and connections plans that drive brand growth and business performance. This role requires a hybrid mindset, someone who understands the big picture but can also get into the details to make media plans smarter, more efficient, and more connected to results. You will manage agencies, lead media strategy across channels, and act as a key link between business goals and media execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop full-funnel media strategies across offline and digital channels to support brand, product and sales initiatives. Lead media planning processes, including briefing, plan evaluation, optimizations and post-analysis in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Own the relationship with media agencies and key platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery, innovation, and accountability. Monitor and control media budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and ROI delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brands, sponsorships, engagement, digital, trade, e-commerce, insights) to ensure alignment of campaigns and initiatives. Analyze media performance, generate insights and present recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up to date with media trends, consumer behavior, and technology to proactively evolve our strategy. Ensure campaigns are consumer-centric and aligned with brand positioning and target audience insights. Identify opportunities to test new platforms, formats, or audiences that support business growth.To achieve our ambition and realize our potential, the Media Manager, must be:
Relevant experience in media planning, strategy or buying, preferably in consumer goods or agency environment. Proven experience leading media strategies across digital (search, social, programmatic) and traditional (TV, OOH, print, radio) channels + retail media and influencers. Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, audience planning, and media KPIs. Solid skills in budget management and media performance analysis. Experience working with or managing external media agencies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once. Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and align stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Fluent in English (oral and written). Curious, hands-on and results-oriented mindset.And we’re also looking for some specifics Skills and Competences such as:
