The Media Manager will have responsibility for media planning, developing creative briefs, tracking budgets, providing hands on support for artwork approval process and managing the local media buying agencies on the execution of media plans for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. The individual will be the custodian of the Tiffany language in the German cluster, ensuring consistency and high quality standards in all Tiffany communications. The Media Manager will co-ordinate local coop marketing initiatives with business partners across all disciplines and monitor competitor activity and feedback results to the PR & Communication Director. Working as part of the market PR & Communications team and the EMEA Communications team, they will translate business objectives and priorities into strategic briefs. **We are looking for a highly motivated Media Manager for our Northern Europe Headoffice in Munich on a limited contract for two years.** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** **MEDIA** **Media planning** + End to end managing across briefing, activation, optimization and performance reporting + Translates business objectives and priorities into strategic briefs that guide the agency’s direction. + Ensure brand’s creative direction is being followed to ensure content is “Fit to win” on our core platforms + Continue to negotiate and deliver YOY efficiencies in Media costs **Innovation & Continuous Improvement** + Ensure media roadmap is successfully rolled out in the market. + Identify, negotiate and secure first to market opportunities for the brand that have significant business impact + Identify scaled capabilities to leverage across the markets + Ensure YoY print positioning improvements and stronger editorial talent synergies for maximum impact **Integrated, collaborative leadership** + Build and foster a highly collaborative working relationship across multi-functional teams, including local and regional teams. Ensure clarity of Media plans across all key functions (Brand, eCommerce, PR, eCRM) + Forge and foster agency network and external partner relationships to drive Tiffany business forward + Synergize with PR on major initiatives and 360 campaigns. Oversee digital custom integrations & influencer collaborations through media partnerships. **COMMUNICATIONS** + Manage execution of department store and business partner activities collaborating with local and regional Client & Events, CVM and PR department + Oversee brand communication on third party websites, collaborating with business partners and regional Omni-Channel team + Handle production of marketing communications, including duratrans, with local agencies and print agent + For new store openings/ relocations, coordinate the hoarding process and assist with the execution of brand moments + Lead review and editing of translations for all marketing materials including website copy, media campaigns and supporting materials such as collateral ensuring consistency and in line with Tiffany approved language, coordinating with external agencies and internal suppliers **ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING** + Process invoices & track the Communications budget for each market, working closely with the PR & Communication Director and Finance + Create and maintain marketing reports and ensure appropriate, consistent and timely reporting and validation. + Provide a monthly summary of marketing activities to ensure stores and management team are fully briefed + Perform market research activities and monitor competition **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:** + At least 5+ years in media previous agency experience mandatory (4 year undergraduate degree in marketing, media, communications or related field is mandatory; Masters preferred) + Experience working with luxury brands + Strong knowledge of digital and social and emerging technologies + Strong analytical skills + Experience in managing large, complex media budgets and projects + Strict financial stewardship and oversight + Strong creativity and communication skills + Highly organized individual who is able to work independently when needed and assist Director throughout brand engagement matters + Must be able to set and adjust priorities independently + High level of attention to detail and accuracy + Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas + Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and successfully execute across various work styles + Fluent in German and English **Our Benefits** + Training and development opportunities within the world's largest luxury group LVMH + An interesting job within an exciting international luxury brand + Great benefits like our retirement plan and life insurance + Attractive employee discounts + Welcome & onboarding training \#LI-NP1 **Job Identification** : 61607 **Job Category:** : Marketing **Assignment Category** : Temporary Full-time **Remote Positions** : No **Professional Experience** : Minimum 5 Years Equal Opportunity Employer
