Media Manager
Overview The Paid Media Manager team member plays a pivotal leadership role in developing Sprouts Farmers Market paid media strategies and approaches. As an internal expert on paid media, you will stay on top of trends and opportunities that can grow and impact the business, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to synchronize efforts and achieve seamless execution. In this role, you will closely monitor and track campaigns to identify and address both opportunities and challenges, utilizing advanced analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions. This role calls for a dynamic media expert with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights and a commitment to operational excellence. Overview of Responsibilities Build integrated marketing strategies, budgets, and executional plans to deliver on Sprouts business objectives. Act as primary point of contact for external media agency and oversee billing and scope of work management. Manage media budgets across all campaigns. Develop scenarios for optimizing investment. Develop KPI's for programs and own reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Lead agency briefing and quarterly planning cycles. Collaborate with cross functional partners, including Brand Marketing, Analytics, Social, PR, Finance, Creative, and Legal. Create and own a testing agenda to continuously improve our initiatives. Maintain flowcharts, GTM calendars, and creative schematics. #LI-CS1 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in retail media. 2+ years people management experience. Experience working at or with an agency partner. Proven analytical capabilities using various data sources. Track record of scaling growth channels across paid environments Strategic and critical thinker able to influence up and across organizational structures.
