Responsibilities The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Media Manager to lead the end-to-end media strategy for the full portfolio of PBF – PepsiCo’s Foods and Snacks categories in Brazil. This role will be responsible for orchestrating the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across all paid channels, ensuring brand relevance, media efficiency, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with brand teams, media agencies, data & analytics, and cross-functional partners to build campaigns that connect with consumers and drive performance across the funnel. Your Impact Lead media strategy, planning, and execution across all paid channels (TV, digital, social, OOH, retail media, etc.) for the entire PBF portfolio. Manage end-to-end campaign development: from briefing and planning to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. Collaborate with brand managers and creative teams to ensure media amplifies brand stories effectively. Partner with agencies to ensure best-in-class buying, innovation, and delivery. Integrate data and insights into media planning to optimize reach, efficiency, and ROI. Monitor KPIs, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Track trends in media consumption, platforms, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities. Support annual budget planning and investment strategy across brands. Contribute to the evolution of internal media capabilities and processes such as Personaltion at Scale agenda. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related fields. Experience in media strategy and planning, preferably in CPG or with high-impact consumer brands. Solid understanding of both upper-funnel brand media and performance-driven digital tactics. Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and experience with media measurement tools and methodologies. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex organizations and developing high performance teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Spanish. Experience working with media agencies, ad tech, and data partners. Passion for innovation, storytelling, and consumer connection through media.
