What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience .Strong technical skills in process development and optimizationProficiency in data analysis and interpretationExperience with project management tools and methodologiesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standardsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)Ability to lead cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skillsAdaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environmentAbility to mentor and develop junior team membersExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Pfizer operates 24/7 across most of the business units. Employee must have the ability to work extended hours, holidays and/or weekends as needed. Limited travel may be required to support OEM equipment design reviews and/or Factory Acceptance Testing of new equipment. Employee will be expected to periodically work within clean room areas requiring special gowning.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
