WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy across all channels to achieve brand and business objectives.
• Drive a social-first approach with a strong focus on digital acceleration.
2. Media Execution
• Manage end-to-end media plans across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Oversee multi-screen campaign planning to maximize media performance.
3. Media Governance
• Ensure compliance with global and local contracts with agencies.
• Drive adherence to media governance frameworks and standards. And lead all internal and external Audits.
4. Media Investments
• Utilize data-driven insights to plan business unit (BU) media investments.
• Optimize multi-screen investment strategies for maximum ROI.
5. Media Measurement
• Track, monitor, and report media performance using advanced analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Golden Media Rules and other benchmarks.
6. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver cohesive media plans.
• Build strong partnerships to align media strategies with broader business goals.
7. Capability Building
• Build marketing capabilities by upskilling internal teams and agency partners in digital, social, and influencer marketing.
• Promote continuous learning and a culture of excellence.
