Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Develops complex media strategy, planning, execution and reporting for clients across all media channels and platforms
· Create media schedules and plans that integrate and support overarching program/client goals with media goals
· Monitor the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction
· Conducts large scale research to create customized strategic media plans across various objectives, audiences, budgets, geos, targeting, etc.
· Oversee all media vendor relationships, media negotiations, and contractual agreements, partnering with other managers as needed
· Present media plans and strategies for internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in and support
· Build relationships with media vendors; negotiate the best possible rates to maximize campaign value
· Monitor media campaigns, implement strategic and informed optimizations for increased performance
· Develop, track and report media success metrics
· Building and maintaining online dashboards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing.Solid knowledge of digital ad best practicesKnowledge of web design and content management systems.Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Current knowledge of or willingness to learn Salesforce Marketing CloudKnowledge of the latest media trends.Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.Compensation Range
