Beacon Hill is working with a strong litigation boutique seeking an associate with at least three (3) years of defense litigation. On-point experience with medical malpractice, trucking defense, personal injury defense, etc. are a plus.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience handling cases, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, hearings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending conferences, negotiations, etc.

This firm is fully in-office 5 days per week, with a billable requirement of 1800 hours annually. Compensation is strong and dependent on experience.
