**Hiring Electromechanical Assembler in Elkridge, MD** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Electromechanical Assembler** to join our team within a fast‑paced contract manufacturing environment. This role involves performing moderate to highly complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically adept, and comfortable collaborating across Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams to ensure products meet all performance, quality, and delivery standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations ranging from moderate to high complexity. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings with accuracy. + Assemble components and systems using appropriate hand and power tools, following established procedures and product specifications. + Work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Materials teams to resolve issues and maintain production schedules. + Maintain exceptional workmanship while adhering to all safety, quality, and manufacturing protocols. + Follow documented manufacturing processes and complete all required production records. + Proactively identify and report workmanship, tooling, or process issues impacting quality, safety, or efficiency. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with hand and power tools used for mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly. + Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. + Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and visual accuracy. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Previous experience in a contract manufacturing, production, or assembly environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical manufacturing or system‑level assemblies. + Experience assembling one or more of the following: + Conveyors and large mechanical systems + Complex military or defense box builds + UL508A control panels + Cable and wire harnesses + Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a collaborative and innovative manufacturing team where each day brings new challenges and opportunities. + Work on diverse, technically engaging projects across multiple industries and customer segments. + Grow your technical skill set through hands‑on learning and cross‑functional collaboration. + Join an organization committed to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Work Environment & Schedule** + Fast‑paced contract manufacturing facility. + Dynamic, project‑based work requiring flexibility and adaptability. + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ELKRIDGE, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
