As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians to help them grow in their roles.
ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems.Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.Mentor junior technicians and supervise maintenance.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.Manage risk and maintain material handling equipment, sorters, and robotics.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.Proficiency in conveyor maintenance and automation control systems.Skills in data analysis and project management.Knowledge of six sigma and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).2+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.2+ years of experience in repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment.2+ years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.High school or equivalent diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mentoring junior technicians.Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Demonstrated experience in adhering to safety standards.Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.Why Work Here?Enjoy competitive compensation packages that include comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, a matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
