In This Role, You Will:

Design and implement electromechanical systems for various applications, including subsea controls and automation.Evaluate and select materials, components, and modules for control systems.Create, maintain, and verify BoMs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.Prepare/review design specifications, proposals, project documentation, test plans/forms, and design reportsPerform DfM reviews, feasibility studies, cost analyses, and simulations as required to assess the technical and economic viability of the design conceptsAnalyze structural and pressure retaining components through calculation and FEAConduct design analysis, simulations, and qualification testing.Ensure compliance with safety, EMC, and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to production, procurement, QA, and customers as required.Live our Moog Values and actively support and promote a healthy and safe workplace

Who You Are:

What You Bring:

BASc/BEng in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or Engineering Technology Diploma with 7+ years of experienceStrong mix of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software design and integration skillsExperience with control system design and testingProficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (PTC Creo preferred)Experience with structural analysis tools, such as FEAExcellent documentation and communication skills
