Job Description:
We’re urgently hiring a Mechanical Technician to support the assembly, integration, and maintenance of advanced mechanical cooling systems for high-performance defense technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical systems, fluid handling, and precision assembly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment and will play a key role in the development of next-generation High Energy Laser (HEL) weapon systems.

2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or technician roles, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturingProficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematicsExperience with stainless steel tubing bending and quick-disconnect tubing systemsFamiliarity with pressure testing, fluid systems, and chiller operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructionsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentU.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirementsWork Environment: This company is based in Longmont, CO.
Salary Range: $35-$45/hr
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
