Our training and development programs provide employees with career advancement in a diverse work environment. **Summary:** This position will provide Production support for Laser Seal on the production line in the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, and FIRETIP **Job Responsibilities will include:** + Perform Laser Seal, Leak Testing, Vacuum bake, Environmental Stress Screening in support of the production lines in the Microwave West Factory. + Performs Calibration, Validation on Laser Seal and Fixtures. + Support Engineering with debug and evaluation of Production and Systems Return hardware. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically a High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience + Must possess secret clearance + Must be able to work with a microscope **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
