As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Maintenance Supervisor will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tResponsible for maintenance issues within the hotel\n\tPerform daily checks around the hotel\n\tConduct lift emergency release procedures as required\n\tDiagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel\n\tEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customers\n\tMaintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise\n\tDevelop, implement, and direct all emergency programs\n\tDevelop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses\n\tCoordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively\n\tPerform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned\n\tResponsible for the health and safety of the hotel\n\tEnsure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly\n
A Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all mechanical systems and maintenance operations within the hotel to ensure optimal performance and deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. This includes conducting daily inspections, supervising mechanical repairs, and coordinating installation and renovation projects involving mechanical systems.
What will I be doing?
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you are responsible for all mechanical operations, maintenance activities, and repairs within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating mechanical aspects of renovation projects and developing preventive and emergency maintenance programs.
Ability to lead the mechanical and plumbing team ( 9 team members )Supervising technicians and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules and check lists are executed.Preparing maintenance reports, checklists, and inventory records.Coordination with suppliers and contractors for mechanical works and spare parts availability.Swimming pools operation / maintenance ( swimming pool pump room structure, filtration pumps, sand filters, chemical treatment, dosing systems,..Maintenance of water features, fountains, water parks, and jacuzzi systems.Grey water treatment plants operation / maintenance ( plant operation, plant maintenance, filters backwash, pumps O&M, air blowers O&M,…)Plumbing basics, sanitary fittings knowledge and drainage systems O&M, lifting stations O&M, Pumps (centrifugal, submersible, dosing, booster, etc.) maintenance and troubleshooting.monitoring and maintaining correct water chemistry and balance, temperatures,… in domestic / hot water supply systemsHeat pumps for hot water generation O&MSolar heating system for hot water O&Mwater tanks cleaning/maintenance, pipeline disinfectionAbility to troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.Understanding of energy saving initiatives (variable frequency drives, energy monitoring, efficient scheduling).Understanding of water saving initiativesValves, strainers, and pipeline systems servicing
Preffered Qualifications/Experience:
Diploma Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of resort / hotels / facilities management experience (preferably 5-star properties).Familiarity with Hilton brand standards for Engineering operations is preferred
Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
