Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Mechanical Superintendent for a large environmental construction company in Costa Mesa. This candidate will be joining the wastewater line of business for the SoCal area. Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: being onsite 5 days a week at a local project (Orange County and Beaumont). The Mechanical Superintendent will oversee the mechanical scope of wastewater projects. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, and ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the project. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing wastewater projects Proven leadership experience in supervising field crews and subcontractors Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in wastewater treatment (ex pumps, pipes chemical treatments). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Great communication Ability to travel in the Southern California area
