The technician will also provide support for mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and assist in equipment fabrication, installation, and repair. The position includes performing minor building repairs, responding to emergencies, and maintaining proper housekeeping and equipment. Responsibilities: Experience with Commercial building automation controls and basic programming to mechanical systems; perform service repairs and upgrades on automation systems.Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, electrical systems (up to 480V), and life safety systems (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, etc.).Perform repairs and inspections on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and major equipment (air, gas, vacuum systems, conveyors, etc.).Provide support for processing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; assist in fabrication, installation, and repair of mechanical products.Respond to after-hours emergencies, perform minor repairs on building structures and furnishings, and maintain equipment. Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in commercial facilities or plant management engineering.At least 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in similar facilities.Proficiency in mechanical aptitude, trades mathematics, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building maintenance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Valid driver’s license and good driving record.PC proficiency (Word processing, spreadsheets). Benefits and Perks: $27.00 per hourMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:Over 30 years ago, a group of innovators founded a company with a mission to save lives through organ and tissue donation.
