We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Researcher to join our Baby Care Process Research Lab. In this role, you will be hands-on in our pilot lab to convert mechanical equipment to perform different product tests. Familiarity with mechanics and machinery is essential.

This role involves partnering with different project teams to setup and execute tests on the research equipment Understanding the objective behind the testing in combination with the equipment capability will help you be a more engaged and effective partner, and optimize the testing process to ensure the right test is done at the right time at the right scale.

Ideally, you would have prior experience in manufacturing or lab environment to cycle through the Pilot area quickly. It's imperative to ensure we also operate within safe practices and that base condition of the equipment is maintained.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for documentation and communication tasks, including documenting your new learnings. Being able to so such that others can reuse and build upon your work immediately and in the future is required.

Job Qualifications

3-5 years working as a mechanical researcher or mechanical technician is ideal. Similar experience working as a field technician, machine repair technician, lab equipment technician, or similar skills are also considered.High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or educational certificate is preferred.Mechanical expertise to manipulate equipment in a way that will allow effective product testing.Experience working in Research & Development or at a manufacturing facility is a plus.
