Job Description
Join a renowned mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, pumps, piping, and boilers. This role involves working on prestigious projects in Omaha and a large multi-phase healthcare project. Additional projects may include industrial assignments. The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for commissioning, document controls, contract administration, pre-construction estimate reviews, and material and equipment purchasing, ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of mechanical construction projects including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.Collaborate with the VDC team to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of mechanical systems.Contract administration and pre-construction estimate reviews.Material and equipment purchasing.Maintain project schedules and budgets.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in project management.Degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.Expertise in HVAC, piping, and boiler systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore.Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction processes.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at large construction sites, with occasional office work for smaller projects and site visits. The office environment is equipped with new technology and promotes streamlined team communication. Dress code includes work boots, jeans, and appropriate shirts. The company culture is family-oriented and employee-owned, with approximately 60 people spread across job sites and 20 in the office. Regular team gatherings, lunch and learns, and client-driven tournaments are part of the culture. Typical working hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation
Salary range $90,000-120,000 plus opportunities for 5 figure bonuses!
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
