Partner with the best

As a Mechanical Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, simulating and analyzing components related to Centrifugal Compressor, Turbo Expanders and allied machines in the Energy Sector.

As an Engineer, Mechanical, Product Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for:

Conducting structural and finite element analysis (FEA) on mechanical systems and components.

Using tools like Ansys, Abaqus, or similar software to simulate stresses, deformations, and failure mechanisms.

Perform static, dynamic, thermal, and fatigue analysis to ensure product durability and reliability.

Interpret and validate simulation results through hand calculations and experimental testing.

Optimize designs based on analysis findings and collaborate with design teams to enhance structural integrity.

Generate technical reports and present findings to internal teams and stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in FEA methodologies.

  Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.

Designing of Centrifugal compressors from Mechanical and Thermodynamic design requirements.

Having Customer Interactions and offering technical support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering,

1-5 years of experience in structural analysis and finite element simulations

Proficiency in FEA software such as Ansys, Abaqus, or similar tools

Strong understanding of mechanics of materials, structural dynamics, and failure analysis

Strong understanding of Thermo-Mechanical phenomena and understanding of Heat Transfer concepts

Experience with linear and nonlinear analysis, fatigue, and thermal simulations is a plus

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and material specifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications include:

Experience in aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industries.

Machine Drawing fundamentals, such as GD&T

Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for automation and post-processing.

Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, or ISO.

Have good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

Be a self-driven individual with proven problem-solving capability.
