Mechanical Supervisor Location: Spring Grove, PA Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire Make an Impact Where Safety, Reliability, and Leadership Matter We’re seeking a hands?on Mechanical Supervisor to lead daily mechanical maintenance operations in a fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible role for a safety?driven leader who excels at developing teams, improving reliability, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance. What You’ll Do + Lead and develop a skilled team of mechanical technicians through onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management + Champion a safety?first culture, ensuring compliance, incident investigations, and environmental standards + Oversee daily shop operations, coordinating maintenance, repairs, installations, and outages + Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Planning teams to schedule work and control downtime + Monitor backlog, job feedback, and schedule adherence to continuously improve maintenance effectiveness + Manage maintenance budgets, purchase requisitions, invoices, and discretionary spend + Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including PM/PdM, reliability programs, 6S, RCFA, and asset management + Serve in the on?call supervisor rotation and support operations during critical events What You Bring + Journeyman certification (or equivalent hands?on mechanical experience) + 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment + Proven ability to lead people, resolve conflict, and communicate across all levels of an organization + Strong working knowledge of SAP / SAP?PM or comparable CMMS systems + Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office) + Mechanical aptitude including reading drawings, layouts, and technical documentation + Commitment to safety and ability to wear required PPE + Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
