QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing as Maintenance Engineer Experience in Predictive & Preventive maintenance methodologies Good command of written and spoken English Advanced user of MS Office applications Flexibility and ability to work with time constraints. Conceptual thinking and eagerness to learn Creativity, analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Completed military service for male applicants

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults  Management of preventive and predictive maintenance activities  Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.  Manage a team of maintenance technicians  Development of maintenance activities (Breakdowns, Improvement activities of business team)  Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects  Spare parts management, determining the needs  Budget control of engineering expenses Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
