Role Overview
Validate strategy and optimization of maintenance plans. Implement operation and maintenance strategy. Approve maintenance philosophy and strategy, monitor implementation, and advise on effectiveness. Identify design issues and propose alternative solutions. Review equipment obsolescence and manage spare parts availability. Ensure maintenance engineering meets availability, maintainability, and operating costs. Manage technical expertise provided to sites in various maintenance disciplines. Develop periodic reporting activities of the Discipline. Review and comment on Engineering documents related to Maintenance discipline. Participate in gap analysis between CTRs design and Company Specifications. Contribute to the definition of the Commissioning strategy. Act as technical discipline focal point on specific project/work scopes and contracts.Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical expertise with a focus on High Voltage equipment and HV drives. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and philosophies. Ability to analyze failure modes and review maintenance plans. Experience in managing spare parts and tools for operational efficiency.Education & Experience
BAC +2 minimum, Degree in Mechanical subject preferred. 15 Years of Total Professional Experience, including minimum of 12 Years in the Industry. Minimum of 10 Years in a Mechanical role; management experience is an advantage.Unlock your potential with Airswift. Apply now!
