Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in engineering (design, construction, production), operations, or maintenance is a must.Experience with common non-destructive testing techniques.Experience with implementing a mechanical integrity program at an industrial facility. Working knowledge of API 510, API 570 and ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel (Section VIII) and Piping Codes (B31.3)Technical knowledge/experience in Air Separation /or Industrial Gas plant equipment including instrumentation control systems would be a definite asset. Excellent interpersonal communication and team interaction skills are required. This person will have the ability to work independently and make technical decisions based on awareness of viability, cost and other benefits. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to lead and participate on cross-functional teams.Must have the ability to drive resolution of highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual (English/French) candidates are preferred.Linde has an extensive background check process which may include but is not limited to, a criminal background review, and may also include reference checks, employment and education verification.
