Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical components, systems, and processes through rigorous inspection and analysis.

Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and quality requirementsUtilize various inspection tools and techniques to measure and evaluate mechanical componentsAnalyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any defects or deviations from specificationsCollaborate with engineers, production teams, and quality assurance personnel to address and resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control dataStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspectionParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and methodologiesProvide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and production staffEnsure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during inspection activities

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection or related fieldProficiency in mechanical inspection techniques and toolsStrong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standardsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in CAD software and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsRelevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or API Inspector preferredIn-depth understanding of mechanical systems, components, and materials scienceStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local work cultureFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian industry standards and regulations is a plus
