Job Description

Join a leading company specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced CNG fuel storage systems for trucks and big rigs. We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to ensure the precision and quality of our products.

ResponsibilitiesAccurately interpret and prepare detailed work instructions and procedures.Operate assembly tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment proficiently.Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and best practices.Assist with filament winding operations, including resin application and tool maintenance.Support rotomolding processes through material preparation and boss recovery tasks.Perform tank labeling and foam dome installation with precision and care.Assemble and package products to meet or exceed quality standards and delivery timelines.Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items.Clean and lubricate equipment.Load and provide raw materials, such as resin and paxon.Support filament winding tasks such as resin squeezing, tool cleaning, and setting up floor mats.Dispose of all scrap resin, fibers, and cardboards.Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.Work across different stations, including Rotomold Operator, Trailer Assembler, Tube Bending, and more.Essential SkillsAt least 1.5 years of production or machine operation experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Experience with visual instruction sheets or blueprints is a plus.Mechanically inclined with experience in machine operation and production.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with resin, epoxy, composite, Kevlar, pre-preg, composite material, fiberglass, and carbon fiber.Knowledge of using a torque wrench is a plus.Familiarity with visual instruction sheets or routers is a plus but not mandatory.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, large manufacturing facility with multiple machines running. The environment is not too industrial, ensuring a comfortable workspace. The role involves working on a 1st or 2nd shift schedule from Monday to Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
