As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation/ maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. In front of Baker Hughes customers will be the on-site expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:
Mechanical Engineering bachelor degree, or equivalent experience.Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)Have good working knowledge of the installation and/or maintenance of rotating equipmentDisplay strong customer service/orientation mindset, experience in interacting with customers on critical conversations/decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams tuning the way the message is delivered, based on stakeholders technical understandingHave an EU passport/ European Work permit and be fluent in both Italian & English language ( both oral and written)Be available to travel most of the time (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilitiesWork in a way that works for you
