Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Onshore position with offshore interface)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to offshore units in the Mechanical discipline, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance demands;
Develop work packs, define technical scopes, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and solution design;
Act as technical interface for client meetings, audits, and operational alignment;
Evaluate and follow up on third-party service providers, from pre-qualification to final reporting;
Monitor and analyze KPIs, contributing to backlog reduction and continuous improvement;
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, technical standards, and company's internal procedures;
Contribute to corporate budget planning (OPEX & CAPEX) and support new projects (BID, EPCI, and Pre-Operations phases).
Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory
CREA registration required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with offshore or onshore Oil & Gas background preferred
Knowledge in SAP, CMMS tools, and Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is a plus
Intermediate English required
