What you'll do; (it may vary based on the project)
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at GE Vernova, you will: 

Apply EHS training to ensure compliance with safety standards. Gain insights into gas turbine systems, configurations, and power plant operations. Work on turbine tooling systems on inventory management and consumables. Develop a database for current tooling inventory and support physical inventory control. Assist with the BOM (Bill of Material) serialization for toolkits, reviewing components and pricing. Learn and apply mechanical engineering fundamentals in real-world contexts such as materials handling and project management. Engage in a short project focused on tooling, mechanical systems, or data analysis. Present your findings and recommendations in a final internship evaluation along with an internal report.  


What you'll bring;

Fresh graduate from Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering.Strong interest in power systems and gas turbine technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data handling. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and apply Lean and EHS principles.Fluency in English & Arabic.
