What You’ll Do:
Perform and approve mechanical design calculations for shell & tube heat exchangers and aerial coolers Review and sign off on engineering drawings and material requisitions Ensure fabrication and construction drawings meet project deadlines and standards Collaborate closely with shop personnel, project teams, and regulatory authorities Optimize designs for cost-efficiency, quality, and manufacturability Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and proceduresWhat You Bring:
8–10 years’ experience designing heat exchangers and aerial coolers 5–6 years’ experience in a fabrication environment Eng. designation in Alberta (or equivalent) Proficiency with Compress, PV Elite, Codecalc, or ASPEN tools Deep knowledge of API, TEMA, ASME, and ANSI codes Strong communication, organizational, and time management skillsCompensation & Perks:
