Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Stoughton WI / On-Site
Schedule: (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $36/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in testing, validation, and data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data quality, running tests, and working directly with test requestors. The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical Engineering background, proven problem-solving skills, and 2–4 years of hands-on experience.
ResponsibilitiesPerform validation and verification testing of mechanical systems.
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Apply structured 7-Step Problem Solving methodologies.
Manage data quality and conduct process capability studies.
Analyze data using MATLAB and related engineering tools.
Research, design, develop, test, and analyze machinery and devices.
Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with test requestors.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in testing, validation, and data analysis.
Proficiency in MATLAB, FMEA, process capability, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred QualificationsCoding background.
Experience with CAD tools and blueprint interpretation.
