Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting process/product improvement and new product development to ensure they meet performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements.  S/He must be able to work well in a team environment and possess effective communication skills and technical expertise.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience: 1+ years of industry experience in a product development and manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

Intermediate proficiency in Design software required - SolidWorks preferablyBasic knowledge of intercomsBasic knowledge of product development best practices such as DFMEA.Basic knowledge of drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing preferred.Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
