Mechanical Engineer, Pressure Vessel - Tulsa, OK About the Role System One is working with a client to find a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in pressure vessel and static equipment design. Key Responsibilities + Develop equipment specifications and layout drawings in accordance with internal standards, international codes, customer requirements, and contractual obligations. + Independently manage mechanical equipment orders, coordinating with purchasing, project management, and other departments. + Create purchasing specifications and requisitions. + Review and validate technical documents from suppliers and customers. + Support project management in ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Required Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering + Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically pressure vessels and static equipment + Proficiency in ASME Design Code VIII - Division 1 + Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks + Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer requirements and developing responsive design solutions Preferred Experience + Background in chemical, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
