WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Managing the day-to-day engineering-related project elements

Simultaneously managing multiple projects in different stages

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

Guiding the design-build teams through design intent to preserve the design quality of a project

Collaborating cross-departmentally 

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

WHO YOU ARE:

4 + years of work experience specializing in various Engineering services within the building design and construction field

Experienced in various Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines

University Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field (Electrical and Mechanical)

Experience inspecting and supervising various MEP disciplines during construction and providing solutions to overcome site challenges
